Excellent place with its wi-fi, 24-hour reception, bar, and restaurant. The staff first guided me here, and I remember their kindness. I recommend extending your stay to really enjoy it. I'm coming back for Christmas!...

It is surely good value. It's a gorgeousVictorian hotel nestled in a Victorian style building. As for me, the location is unbeatable, very close to the beach. The staff is very helpful, efficient.
There is bad smell in some places.

Good value, taking into account other Scarborough's options. The hotel was clean with affable and excellent staff on reception desk. We had an updated premier queen room with huge windows as well as a spa bath. ...

fine historic architecture, convenient proximity to beach, wide range of food choices
The check-in process took an absurdly long time!!! Noise from surrounding areas made it impossible to relax or sleep!!! Rooms need urgent updates, cleanliness should be a top priority!!!
